Small Groups: We gather twice a month in a member’s home to get to know one another better, to share our thoughts on a common topic, and to pray together. This is a great opportunity to find informal though intimate fellowship with others and to be nurtured in faith. Read more in the Pastor’s note on our “About” page of the website.
Book Groups: From time to time Pastor Tim leads short-term discussion groups on faith-based books. Some recent titles include: “What’s So Amazing About Grace” (by Phillip Yancey,) “Messy Spirituality” (by Mike Yaconelli,) and “Shalom, Salaam, & Peace” (by Allison Stokes.)
Children & Youth
Youth Group: We gather on most Sunday evenings (5-6:45 p.m.) throughout the school year for fun & fellowship, faith development, and service. Young people from grades 6-12 are invited. Please contact Pastor Tim with any questions.
Sunday School: We have classes for children in pre-school all the way through grade 7. Sunday school meets during worship immediately after the children’s sermon. While we have a strong core of teachers, we’re always glad to welcome additional volunteers.
Confirmation Class: This is a special experience for 8th graders who wish to become full members of the church. Typically offered from January to June, the purpose of Confirmation class it to encourage a commitment to spiritual growth and participation in the church through a process of exploring the diversity of Christian worship and liturgy.
